Mo. Rev. Stat. § 354.265

Nonrenewable temporary license issued, when

Effective: 28 Aug 1983; (L. 1983 H.B. 127)

A nonrenewable temporary license may be issued for a period not to exceed ninety days in cases where an applicant has theretofore filed a completed application for a license, has secured an appointment by a corporation subject to the provisions of sections 354.010 to 354.380, has paid the applicable fees and where the director is satisfied as to the applicant's business reputation.
