False document — penalty

Known as the Missouri Nonprofit Corporation Act

The act spans §§ 355–355 (165 sections).

1. A person commits an offense by signing a document which such person knows is false in any material respect with intent that the document be delivered to the secretary of state for filing.

2. An offense under this section is a class A misdemeanor.
