Members

Known as the Missouri Nonprofit Corporation Act

The act spans §§ 355–355 (165 sections).

1. The articles or bylaws may establish criteria or procedures for admission of members. No person shall be admitted as a member without his or her consent.

2. A corporation is not required to have members.

3. Except as provided in its articles or bylaws, a corporation may admit members for no consideration or for such consideration as is determined by the board.
