Mo. Rev. Stat. § 361.266

Stay of suspension or prohibition, procedure

Known as the Money Transmission Modernization Act

The act spans §§ 361–361 (125 sections).

Within ten days after any director, officer, or other person has been suspended from office, prohibited from participation in the conduct of the affairs of a corporation, or both, under subsection 4 * of section 361.262, such director, officer, or other person may apply to the circuit court of the county in which the corporation is located or the circuit court of Cole County, for a stay of such suspension or prohibition pending the completion of the administrative proceedings pursuant to the notice served upon such director, officer, or other person under subsection 1 or 2 of section 361.262, and such court shall have jurisdiction to stay such suspension or prohibition.
