Report of condition

Known as the Money Transmission Modernization Act

The act spans §§ 361–361 (125 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 2024; (L. 2024 S.B. 1359)

1. Each licensee shall submit a report of condition within forty days of the end of the calendar quarter or within any extended time as the director may prescribe.

2. The report of condition shall include:

(1) Financial information at the licensee level;

(2) Nationwide and state-specific money transmission transaction information in every jurisdiction in the United States where the licensee is licensed to engage in money transmission;

(3) Permissible investments report;

(4) Transaction destination country reporting for money received for transmission, if applicable; and

(5) Any other information the director reasonably requires with respect to the licensee.

3. The information required under subdivision (4) of subsection 2 of this section shall be included only in a report of condition submitted within forty-five days of the end of the fourth calendar quarter.
