Mo. Rev. Stat. § 374.505

Application for certificate, content, form, fee

Known as the Professional Bail Bondsman and Surety Recovery Agent Licensure Act

The act spans §§ 374–374 (110 sections).

1. An applicant for a certificate shall:

(1) Submit an application to the department of commerce and insurance; and

(2) Pay to the department of commerce and insurance the application fee established by the department through regulation.

2. The application shall:

(1) Be on a form and accompanied by any reasonably related supporting documentation that the department of commerce and insurance requires; and

(2) Be signed and verified by the applicant.

3. The application fee required under this subsection shall be sufficient to pay for the administrative cost of the certification program and any other cost associated with carrying out the provisions of sections 374.500 to 374.515.
