Seal and bylaws

Known as the Insurance Producers Act

The act spans §§ 375–375 (383 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 1967; (RSMo 1939 § 6021, A.L. 1967 p. 516)

The corporators or directors of any insurance company organized under the laws of this state shall have power to adopt a seal, and to make such bylaws, not inconsistent with the constitution and laws of this state, as they may deem necessary for the regulation and management of its affairs.
