Loan against policy by policyholder, insurer to give notice of interest due

Known as the Insurance Producers Act

The act spans §§ 375–375 (383 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 1998; (L. 1998 H.B. 1374 § 1)

If a policyholder has taken a loan against an insurance policy, the insurer of such policy shall annually notify the policyholder of any interest due on the loan.
