Penalty for violation

Known as the Insurance Producers Act

Any public official failing, neglecting or refusing to comply with any of the provisions of sections 375.390 and 375.400 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than five hundred dollars and forfeit his office.
