Additional powers of director — promulgation of rules

Known as the Insurance Producers Act

The act spans §§ 375–375 (383 sections).

1. The powers vested in the director by sections 375.930 to 375.948 shall be additional to any other powers to enforce any penalties, fines or forfeitures authorized by law with respect to the methods, acts and practices hereby declared to be unfair or deceptive.

2. The director may, after notice and hearing, promulgate reasonable rules, regulations and orders as are necessary or proper to carry out and effectuate the provisions of sections 375.930 to 375.948.
