Mo. Rev. Stat. § 40.035

Confinement, where

Effective: 28 Aug 1984; (L. 1984 H.B. 1035 § 11)

Persons confined other than in a military institution, whether before, during or after trial by a military court, shall be confined in municipal, county or state confinement facilities designated by the governor or by such person as the governor may authorize to act.
