Enlisted men — discharge — separation from service

1. The discharge of an enlisted man from the organized militia shall be effected by order of the governor, as may be authorized or prescribed by the laws and regulations for the government of the Armed Forces of the United States or under such regulations as may be prescribed by the governor.

2. No person who has been separated from the militia service of this state or the Armed Forces of the United States under dishonorable conditions shall be permitted to again enter the organized militia of the state.
