Proceedings where mortgagee, secured party, mortgagor or debtor dies

In case of the death of the mortgagee or the secured party or his assignee, or of the mortgagor or debtor, whether before or after action brought, the personal representative of the deceased party shall be made plaintiff or defendant, as the case may require.
