Mo. Rev. Stat. § 452.426

Risk of international abduction, court may impose restrictions and restraints

Known as the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act

The act spans §§ 452–452 (157 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 2009; (L. 2009 H.B. 481)

If the judge determines that there is potential risk of international abduction of the child by either party, the judge may place any restraints on the parties or grant any remedies to either party that is necessary.
