The family support division is hereby authorized, pursuant to a cooperative agreement with the supreme court, to develop procedures which shall permit the clerk of the supreme court to furnish the division, at least once each year, with a list of persons currently licensed to practice law in this state. If any such person has an arrearage in an amount equal to or greater than three months of support payments or two thousand five hundred dollars, the division shall notify the clerk of the supreme court that such person has an arrearage.
