Equipment purchased by county for support enforcement to be property of county

Known as the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act

The act spans §§ 454–454 (177 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 1986; (L. 1986 H.B. 1479 § 4)

The provisions of law, rule or regulation notwithstanding, any equipment purchased by a county of this state for child support enforcement purposes shall be the property of the county and not the state.
