Mo. Rev. Stat. § 455.004

Juvenile court records, confidentiality, when

Known as the Child Protection Orders Act

The act spans §§ 455–455 (57 sections).

In all proceedings pursuant to subsection 3 of section 455.035 or subsection 4 of section 455.513, the records of the juvenile court shall be kept confidential and may be open to inspection without a court order only to:

(1) The juvenile officer;

(2) The officials at the child's school, law enforcement officials, prosecuting attorneys, or any person or agency having or proposed to provide care, custody, or control or to provide treatment of the child; and

(3) A parent or guardian of or court-appointed guardian ad litem for the child.
