Beginning in the middle of range sixteen, on the township line dividing townships twenty-seven and twenty-eight; thence north with the subdivisional lines to the middle of township thirty-two; thence east with the subdivisional lines to the middle of range twelve; thence south with the subdivisional lines to the township line dividing townships twenty-seven and twenty-eight; thence west with said township line to the place of beginning.
