Bond of personal representative — conditions of bond

1. Except as provided in section 473.160, every personal representative, before entering upon the duties of his office, shall execute and file a bond, approved by the judge or the clerk, procured at the expense of the estate, with sufficient security, in an amount fixed by the judge or clerk for the protection of interested parties.

2. The condition of the bond shall be as follows:
