Mo. Rev. Stat. § 473.337

Bank deposits

Effective: 28 Aug 1957; (L. 1955 p. 385 § 127, A.L. 1957 p. 829)

Whenever it is consistent with proper administration of the estate, the executor or administrator may, without an order of court, deposit, as a fiduciary, the funds of the estate in a banking institution in this state as a general deposit and either as a demand, time or savings deposit.
