Expenses of special commissioner

Known as the Judicial Privacy Act

The act spans §§ 476–476 (112 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 1951; (L. 1951 p. 442 § 5)

In addition to the compensation herein provided, any such special commissioner or referee shall be allowed and paid out of the general revenue, his actual expenses incurred in performing such services outside the county of his residence.
