Acceptance by judge — procedure

Known as the Judicial Privacy Act

The act spans §§ 476–476 (112 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 1951; (L. 1951 p. 442 § 6)

Any person who desires to accept the provisions of sections 476.450 to 476.510 shall notify the governor in writing of such fact; and if he be qualified the governor shall certify such fact to the commissioner of administration and state auditor and to the chief justice of the supreme court.
