Life insurance benefits to be provided judges, retired judges and dependents

Known as the Judicial Privacy Act

The act spans §§ 476–476 (112 sections).

The board shall provide or contract for life insurance benefits under the provisions of section 104.515 for judges who, for the purpose of that section, shall be considered members of the Missouri state employees' retirement system with the amount of life insurance benefits based on the creditable service of the judges as provided in section 104.515.
