Impersonating or improperly influencing an electronic notary, penalties

The criminal penalties for impersonating an electronic notary public and for soliciting, coercing, or improperly influencing an electronic notary to commit official misconduct in performing notarial acts are the same penalties described in subsection 6 of section 578.700 in regard to performing nonelectronic notarial acts.
