Signatures and photographs, prohibited acts

Effective: 28 Aug 2020; (L. 2020 H.B. 1655)

1. A notary shall not notarize a signature:

(1) On a blank or incomplete document; or

(2) On a document without notarial certificate wording.

2. A notary shall neither certify nor authenticate a photograph.
