Mo. Rev. Stat. § 486.670

Intent to deceive or defraud prohibited — prohibited uses of title or seal

Effective: 28 Aug 2020; (L. 2020 H.B. 1655)

1. A notary shall not perform any notarial act with the intent to deceive or defraud.

2. A notary shall not use the official notary title or seal to endorse, promote, denounce, or oppose any product, service, contest, candidate for political office, ballot measure for any election, or other offering.
