Fees of witnesses — examination on oath
Effective: 28 Aug 2003; (L. 2000 S.B. 1002 Revision, A.L. 2003 H.B. 613)
1. Witnesses shall, pursuant to section 491.280, be allowed fees for their services.
2. Each witness may be examined on oath by the court or by the clerk when the court shall so order as to factors relevant to the proper amount of payment pursuant to this section.
