Service of notices, how and by whom made

Known as the Missouri Commercial Receivership Act

All notices required to be given by the referees or others, in the progress of a cause, shall be served by reading the same or delivering a copy to the person to be notified, and may be served by the sheriff or other officer authorized to serve process, whose return shall be evidence of the facts therein stated.
