Known as the Save the Family Farm Act

The act spans §§ 528–528 (73 sections).

If partition be made according to such judgment, and the report of the commissioners, as herein directed, be confirmed, the parcel so set off to several parties shall thereafter be held and enjoyed by them, in like portions and in the same estate as they before had in the whole.
