Board of paroles — duties — records

Effective: 28 Aug 1990; (L. 1990 H.B. 974 § 559.330)

It shall be the duty of the board to keep a record of persons paroled and as far as possible of their whereabouts, occupation and conduct, and a record of the final discharge of such person upon parole, or the revocation of any parole revoked and the reasons therefor.
