Mo. Rev. Stat. § 570.406

The face value of public assistance benefits or EBT cards stolen, possessed, transferred or converted from one scheme or course of conduct, whether from one or several rightful possessors, or at the same or different times shall constitute a single criminal episode and their face values may be aggregated in determining the grade of offense.
