Violating a condition of lifetime supervision, offense of — violation, penalty

1. A person commits the offense of violating a condition of lifetime supervision if he or she knowingly violates a condition of probation, parole, or conditional release when such condition was imposed by an order of a court under section 559.106 or an order of the parole board under section 217.735.

2. The offense of violating a condition of lifetime supervision is a class D felony.
