Mo. Rev. Stat. § 58.457

Penalty for failure to report death (certain counties)

Effective: 28 Aug 1959; (L. 1957 p. 334 § 3, A.L. 1959 H.B. 396)

Any person failing to supply the information required by section 58.451 is guilty of a misdemeanor and is punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than sixty days, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
