Mo. Rev. Stat. § 621.150

Videoconferencing of administrative hearing permitted, when, costs

Effective: 28 Aug 2001; (L. 2001 H.B. 693)

Any party to a case before the administrative hearing commission may request that the hearing be held via videoconferencing. If that request is granted, the office of administration may charge the requesting party the costs for the videoconferencing.
