Research involving persons civilly detained, sections applicable

Effective: 28 Aug 1996; (L. 1996 S.B. 884 & 841)

Sections 630.194, 630.196 and 630.198 shall apply to all proposed biomedical or pharmacological research that involves persons civilly detained.
