Mo. Rev. Stat. § 650.056

Evidence capable of being tested for DNA must be preserved

Known as the Intergovernmental Drug Laws Enforcement Act

The act spans §§ 650–650 (72 sections).

Any evidence leading to a conviction of a felony described in subsection 1 of section 650.055 which has been or can be tested for DNA shall be preserved by the investigating law enforcement agency.
