Mo. Rev. Stat. § 66.210

Failure to comply with section 66.200 — misdemeanor

Effective: 28 Aug 1963; (L. 1963 p. 122 § 2)

Any officer who willfully fails to perform any of the duties imposed by section 66.200 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
