Appeal from chief safety inspector's decisions, procedure

Effective: 28 Aug 1994; (L. 1994 H.B. 1035 § 9)

1. Any aggrieved person may appeal any decision of any state inspector to the chief safety inspector of the state. Any appeal of a decision of the chief safety inspector shall be taken as provided in chapter 536.

2. Any person aggrieved by a decision of a municipal inspector may appeal such decision to the municipality in accordance with municipal ordinances.
