Compensation of certain board and commission members, how fixed

Effective: 28 Aug 1998; (L. 1997 H.B. 710, A.L. 1998 H.B. 1304)

Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, in all cities of the fourth class, the board of alderpersons shall have the authority to fix the compensation, not to exceed two hundred dollars per month, of members of the planning and zoning commission, the board of adjustment, the park board and the board of police commissioners of the city by ordinance.
