Wheelchair accessibility sign, display required, when

Known as the Tobacco Settlement Financing Authority Act

The act spans §§ 8–8 (158 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 1975; (L. 1975 H.B. 270 § 1)

All buildings and facilities which are constructed pursuant to the standards, principles and specifications set forth in sections 8.610 to 8.650, and any other building or facility which provides access for physically disabled persons shall prominently display at the main entrance to the building or facility the international wheelchair accessibility symbol.
