Redemption of property

If any real estate be sold by virtue of any ordinance of such town, the owner thereof may redeem the same at any time within two years from the day of sale, by paying the purchase money and all costs and penalties incurred, together with the interest thereon, at the rate of fifteen percent per annum until paid.
