POW/MIA flag, display of encouraged on certain dates

Known as the Random Act

All government buildings, businesses, and citizens of the state of Missouri are encouraged to display the POW/MIA flag, which is designed to commemorate the service and sacrifice of the members of the Armed Forces of the United States who were prisoners of war or missing in action, on Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, September eleventh, and Veterans Day.
