Missouri Lifelong Learning Month observed

Known as the Random Act

The governor shall annually issue a proclamation making the month of February "Missouri Lifelong Learning Month", and recommending that it be observed by the people with appropriate activities in the public schools and otherwise to promote public awareness of the importance of ongoing education throughout each person's lifetime.
