Constitution Day designated for January 31

January thirty-first of every year is hereby designated as "Constitution Day" in Missouri. Citizens of this state are encouraged to participate in appropriate events and activities in recognition of the enduring brilliance of our founding charter that established a system of checks and balances designed to preserve liberty, promote prosperity, and ensure the security of our beloved country.
