Iron Curtain Speech Day designated for March 5

Known as the Random Act

March fifth of each year is hereby designated as "Iron Curtain Speech Day" in Missouri. Citizens of this state are encouraged to celebrate with appropriate events and activities to recognize the anniversary of Winston Churchill's famous speech at Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, on March 5, 1946.
