Master plan — municipalities authorized to prepare

Known as the The Housing Authorities Law

Effective: 28 Aug 1951; (L. 1951 p. 300 § 24)

The governing body of any municipality or county, which is not otherwise authorized to establish a planning agency with power to prepare a master plan for the physical development of the community, is hereby authorized and empowered to prepare such a master plan for the purposes of initiating and carrying out a land clearance project under this law.
