(1) For purposes of this chapter, the term “Office of General Services” shall mean the Governor’s office of general services acting through the bureau of capitol facilities. For purposes of this chapter, “director” shall mean the director of the bureau of capitol facilities of the office of general services.
(2) Wherever the term “capitol commission” appears in the laws of the State of Mississippi, it shall be construed to mean the bureau of capitol facilities of the office of general services.
