Miss. Code Ann. § 41-125-13

Denial, suspension, revocation of licensure; administrative fines; grounds

Laws, 2012, ch. 524, § 7, eff from and after passage (approved May 18, 2012

(1) The licensing agency may deny, revoke, and suspend a license and impose an administrative fine as provided in Section 41-125-15 for the violation of any provision of this chapter, or applicable rules.

(2) Any of the following actions by a PPEC center or its employee is grounds for action by the licensing agency against a PPEC center or its employee: An intentional or negligent act materially affecting the health or safety of children in the PPEC center.

(3) A violation of the provisions of this chapter, or applicable rules.

(4) Multiple and repeated violations of this chapter or of minimum standards or rules adopted under this chapter.
