Miss. Code Ann. § 41-83-11

Expiration date of certificate; renewal; fees

Laws, 1990, ch. 347, § 6, eff from and after July 1, 1990.

(1) A certificate expires on the second anniversary of its effective date unless the certificate is renewed for a two-year term as provided in this section.

(2) Before the certificate expires, a certificate may be renewed for an additional two-year term if the applicant: Otherwise is entitled to the certificate;

(3) Pays the department the renewal fee set by the department through regulation; and

(4) Submits to the department a renewal application on the form that the department requires and satisfactory evidence of compliance with any requirement of this chapter for certificate renewal.
