Assistant for administration
Laws, 1978, ch. 484, § 10, eff from and after passage (approved April 17, 1978
Effective July 1, 1979, the executive director shall employ an assistant for administration and shall centralize under his office the following administrative functions for the entire department:
accounting;
payroll;
purchasing;
data processing;
personnel;
motor pool and vehicles;
maintenance;
printing and records; and
public relations.
